1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the daubet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. daubet strictly prohibits participation by minors.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and/or casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal recreational use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by daubet or any affiliated responsible gambling organization.
• You must not have had a previous daubet account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on the daubet platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah — IDR/Rp). Any information that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorized such activity. You must notify daubet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

daubet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

• Accepted primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport (for non-Indonesian residents)
• Accepted proof of address: Bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days
• KYC completion is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5,000,000
• daubet may request additional documentation for high-value accounts or at the discretion of the compliance team

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

daubet accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted deposit channels include bank transfer via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual paymen t providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification. daubet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction
• Standard processing time: within 24 hours for fully verified accounts during business hours (WIB, UTC+7)
• Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed
• daubet reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals above Rp 50,000,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible
• daubet does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the daubet platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). daubet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the player's side (e.g., through a payment intermediary) is the player's sole responsibility, and daubet accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

daubet periodically offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the respective promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in the Player's account; real-money funds are wagered first by default
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period
• daubet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or misuse
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting all applicable wagering requirements
• Placing opposing bets (known as "bonus hunting", "arbitrage", or "matched betting") using bonus funds is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must generate Rp 2,000,000 in qualifying wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Sports betting (single and mix parlay accumulator markets): 100% contribution
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack via Evolution Gaming): 20% contribution
• Slots and slot gacor (high-volatility slot) titles: 100% contribution
• Virtual sports and e-sports markets: 50% contribution
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: 50% contribution

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on the daubet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game type as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific market rule and this Agreement, the specific market rule shall prevail for that market only.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player
• daubet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was accepted, unless the market was designated as an in-play (live betting) market
• In the event of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), daubet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion
• Maximum winnings per single bet slip are capped as specified in individual market rules; daubet will honor winnings up to the stated maximum and void the excess portion
• daubet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time without prior notice

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on daubet cover football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton (Thomas Cup, All England, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), e-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile), and other sports as listed on the Platform. Specific rules for Asian handicap (voor bola), mix parlay accumulators, and over/under markets are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session returns. Progressive jackpot terms and maximum win limits are specified within each individual game's help screen.

7 Responsible Gaming

daubet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We offer a range of player-protection tools that can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated alerts after a specified period of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering position
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 30 days or permanently close it if you feel gambling is affecting your well-being
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without fully excluding your account

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the daubet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, source code, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not grant you the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company
• Use any automated systems, bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting tools to extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform
• Use the daubet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by the Company

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by daubet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

daubet implements 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and strict internal access controls to safeguard your personal and financial information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to deliver the services described in this Agreement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daubet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond daubet's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the Platform

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your daubet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before processing account closure, daubet will verify your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are completed and your remaining balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) is returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by daubet

daubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion with other players
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated betting systems
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated without legitimate cause
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward daubet staff

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, daubet reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. In cases where the account closure is not related to misconduct, the remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned within 14 business days.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law as applied in the jurisdiction of the Company's licensing authority. By using the daubet platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own initiative, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

daubet expressly disclaims any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from locations where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
